2. Service Description
denetci.ai is an AI-powered audit management platform for independent auditors and audit firms. The platform provides:
- Audit engagement management and tracking
- ISA/BDS-compliant workflow management
- Document management and AI-powered document analysis
- Regulatory inquiry and AI-powered audit assistant
- Risk assessment and materiality calculation tools
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- You must immediately report any unauthorized access
4. Usage Rules
By using the platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Ensure documents you upload are legal and accurate
- Not upload third-party personal data without authorization
- Avoid actions that could compromise platform security
- Not interfere with other users' access to services
5. Intellectual Property
The design, software, logo, and content of the denetci.ai platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the platform.
6. AI Outputs and Liability
IMPORTANT: AI-powered analysis, recommendations, and outputs provided by the platform are for informational and assistive purposes only. They do not substitute for professional audit opinion.
- AI outputs are provided to support the auditor's professional judgment
- Ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of audit results lies with the auditor
- The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs
- Users are obligated to evaluate AI recommendations within professional standards
6.1. AI Response Disclaimer: The AI-powered assistant, chatbot, and all AI features on the denetci.ai platform may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses. denetci.ai provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated responses and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such responses. Users are obligated to verify all information and recommendations provided by AI using their own professional judgment and independent sources.
7. Audit Data Responsibility
denetci.ai is an audit management tool, not an independent audit firm. The platform facilitates audit process management, but the professional responsibility for audit activities lies entirely with the user auditor or audit firm.
8. Service Level
- The platform is in MVP stage and service interruptions may occur
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is provided
- Service may be temporarily suspended during planned maintenance
- Platform features may be changed with prior notification
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, denetci.ai platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies to:
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions
- Damages resulting from decisions based on AI outputs
- Disruptions in third-party services
10. Termination
You may request to close your account at any time. Platform management may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted in accordance with legal retention periods.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. The current version is always accessible on this page.
