1. Acceptance and Scope
These terms govern your use of the denetci.ai platform. By using the platform, you accept these terms.
Development Stage: denetci.ai is an actively developed platform. Services are continuously improved and may change with prior notice.
2. Service Description
denetci.ai is an AI-powered audit workflow assistance platform for independent auditors and audit firms. The platform provides:
- Audit engagement management and tracking
- ISA/BDS/PCAOB-compliant workflow management
- Document management and AI-powered document analysis
- Regulatory inquiry and AI-powered audit assistant
- Risk assessment and materiality calculation tools
Scope Limitation: The platform is a workflow management tool only. No actual audit services are provided to any company or entity. All professional responsibility rests with the user auditor.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- You must immediately report any unauthorized access
4. Usage Rules
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Ensure documents you upload are legal and accurate
- Do not upload third-party personal data without authorization
- Avoid actions that could compromise platform security
- Do not interfere with other users' access to services
5. Intellectual Property
The design, software, logo, and content of denetci.ai are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the platform.
6. AI Outputs and Liability

- Ultimate responsibility for audit results lies with the auditor
- The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs
- Users must evaluate AI recommendations within professional standards
6.1. AI Disclaimer: All AI features on denetci.ai may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. denetci.ai provides no warranty and accepts no liability for damages arising from AI-generated content. Users must verify all AI outputs using their own professional judgment.
7. Audit Data Responsibility
denetci.ai is an audit management tool — not an audit firm — and holds no audit authority. The professional responsibility for all audit activities lies entirely with the user auditor or audit firm. Users agree to use the platform only within the scope of their professional licenses and authorizations.
8. Service Level
- Platform is in development stage; service interruptions may occur
- No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
- Service may be temporarily suspended during planned maintenance
- Platform features may be changed with prior notification
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, denetci.ai shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, decisions based on AI outputs, or disruptions in third-party services.
10. Termination
You may request account closure at any time. Platform management may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is retained or deleted per legal retention periods.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

These terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
